Real results require real efforts. If you’re looking for a 1 month “quick fix” program – this program isn’t for you. It takes time to change habits and it also takes time to build muscle or lose fat which is why this program requires a minimum 3 month commitment.

Assuming you haven’t spent your life learning the ins-and-outs of strength training and nutrition for health and performance, and that you don’t hold a doctorate in a related field (or even if you do!), there is going to be a ton of new and useful information presented to you. By having an expert such as Dr. John adjust the program to your individual needs, you avoid the plateaus often experienced with generalized, cookie-cutter plans. You also benefit from the on-going support, accountability and motivation from someone who knows what you’re going through.
Definitely! We will discuss this during the Fitness & Health Assessment and create a program with that in mind.
Ideally, yes, if you want the best results, you’ll want to workout at a gym. However, this is a completely custom program and if you workout somewhere else, a program can and will be made keeping your workout location preferences in mind.
There are definitely no upper limits, however, you must be at least 18 to apply.
If you care about feeling and looking healthy, this program is for you! In developing this program, our aim was to create an affordable combination package of fitness and nutrition programming that anyone can benefit from.
Absolutely not, a people signing up for this program don’t have a lot of free time and they have previously been struggling to make it all work. Regardless of the time you can afford to work out, you’ll get a good program, planned around your busy hours.
This is a completely custom-made program. Duration and intensity depends entirely on your goals, needs and possibilities.
