Introducing

I’ve been secretly testing out my personal programming on a group of lifelong lifters and athletes, to see what would happen when they were pushed intelligently.

We all know it’s easy to make progress when you’re a beginner. You go from doing nothing to doing anything — and you see dramatic results.

But what about those of us who have trained for 5, 10, or 20 years? Have we reached our peaks? Is it possible to keep making progress and lift forever?

I figured out the answer for myself: I’m stronger, leaner, and healthier now than I’ve ever been (and only getting better). But I also wanted to know if it was just me, or if by following my program others could replicate what I’ve experienced for over a decade.

I figured out the answer for myself: I’m stronger, leaner, and healthier now than I’ve ever been (and only getting better). But I also wanted to know if it was just me, or if by following my program others could replicate what I’ve experienced for over a decade.

The results are coming in, and they’re astounding:

In the last 6 weeks, my body composition has noticeably changed. I’m leaner, stronger, losing fat and replacing it with muscle (still the same weight as when I joined). My bench press and squat have both gone up significantly, and I fully expect deadlift to follow suit as well when we do our 1RMs

Samuel H.

“My squat is up 50 lbs, bench is up 20lb, and 500lb on my trap bar deadlift — my numbers are flying up smooth! I’m looking great and training pain free!

Luis H.

I feel like I’m getting my athleticism back, which I felt like I was losing with my previous training. I feel significantly stronger while being noticeably leaner

Jason K.

“I’ve always been in good shape and maintained around 10%BF or less. The most notable gains have been associated with strength. It’s been night and day difference…I used to have trouble with deadlifting 315 for a solid 5 reps. Now I can probably do 385 with good technique.

Ethan H.

“I am bigger in my arms, chest, legs and upper back. My squat results have been amazing in particular. No previous program has ever helped my squat so much. From a 365 1 Rep Max Box Squat To Hitting 365 for 5!

Patrick G.

My strength gains have been incredible!
Some PRs:

Squat: 5×135 to 2×210
Barbell RDLs: 8×155 to 6×205
Bench press: 6×80 to 3×115.

The 3 (Bad) Options for Lifelong Athletes:

I’ve been in this industry a long time, and there’s nothing that kills me more than watching people who have been lifting for years hop from program to program. I watch them try to hit their peak, but fall short because they get injured, bored, or keep doing short 3-month programs that have no long-term goals, and that don’t progressively build on top of one another.

For years, my very best clients have asked me for recommendations on what they should do after completing Foundations and FHT. And until now, for serious lifters who want to get better year-after-year, the options to progress continuously have honestly sucked.

Nothing has existed to keep people like us motivated and challenged. Nothing has existed that would keep us on the cutting edge of improving strength, body composition, mobility, athleticism, injury resilience, power, endurance, hypertrophy, and conditioning.

Bad Option #1

Keep writing your own programs … but you’re limited to what you know.

Many of the serious lifters who are FHT Pro Team clients are strength coaches themselves or executives who “coach” in their own right. They spend their whole damn day being the anchor and motivator for everyone around them. And when it’s time for us to go to the gym and take care of ourselves, it’s exhausting to write our own program.

We know damn well that we keep doing the same things over-and-over again, because it’s what we know, or it’s what we like. And we don’t have the time or energy to think about the next 12 months (or 12 years) of our training and how to progress it towards a goal. We just know we need to move enough to feel good.

But because we stick to what we know and like, progress plateaus along with our motivation. It’s boring and the thing we’re the most passionate about becomes just another part of our routine, like paying the bills or mowing the lawn. We second guess ourselves. We don’t feel committed to what we’ve written down. We simply go through the motions and then get frustrated that “it’s no longer working”.

Bad Option #2

Go from program to program …. but your progress is piecemeal at best.

Three months at a time is fine when you’re starting out. The short bursts of motivation keep you going, and you can switch goals constantly. But when you’ve been doing this for years — how do these 3 month programs fit together in the long-term?

They don’t. (But the best athletes in the world map out years of training at a time!)

Not to mention MOST programs on the market are 10 years behind in terms of what we’re learning about hypertrophy, mobility, and performance. So I watch my clients spend three months gaining muscle, but having to do a “meathead deload” because they got hurt. Then they spend three months trying to get their athleticism back, but gaining back all the fat they spent months trying to lose. Then they go back to hard core strength program and the cycle starts all over — except this time their body is worse because it has chronic wear and tear.

If we want to stay challenged in the right ways, stay injury free, keep our muscle AND our strength — piecing together 3 months of programming at a time won’t cut it.

Bad Option #3

Look for a coach … but 99% of them have never mastered perpetual progress themselves.

Anyone who’s ever looked for a coach knows how hard it is to find someone who knows what they’re talking about.

We know there’s a difference between someone who TELLS you what to do, someone who actually does it themselves, and someone who actually has a proven track record of helping a diverse group of clients.

For most of us, finding someone locally is even more insane. The money for local coaches isn’t in training the lifelong athletes and serious lifters, it’s in training beginners! Why? Because there’s only a handful of elite people in any given city. But there’s thousands of people who just need to move.

And even most of the BEST coaches are still teaching bodybuilding style programs that are 10 years behind, most without any knowledge of how to build strength and muscle without losing athleticism. And almost no one knows how to include recovery, energy system work, and mobility for people looking to go from 80% to 100%.

I hate these options. And I hated sending my best and most dedicated clients off into the abyss, knowing that what’s available in the world, isn’t the best thing for them.

For the past few months, I’ve secretly been working on creating a NEW option for lifelong athletes and passionate lifters…

Introducing…

Monthly individualized coaching, using my personal training program, in a team environment.

Join me and other passionate lifters for my weekly personal workout program. Find out what it’s like to improve your athleticism and strength simultaneously — so you can lift, move, and look so good that you impress yourself.

It’s possible to:

  • Look forward to your workouts — imagine every Sunday being like Christmas morning. Your entire training program is laid out for the week and includes workouts that you’ll actually look forward to doing. No two weeks or training sessions are the same. You’ll never be bored again.
  • Continuously get stronger — without risking your athleticism, stability, mobility, or joints.
  • Move better than ever — unlike most programs, my programs are designed with your LONG-TERM goals in mind … and I’m not just talking the talk, I’m walking the walk.
  • Have a community of people who aren’t just cheerleaders — they’re challengers. We all know that we work harder when someone’s watching. Imagine other top performers cheering you on, and showing you what THEY did for numbers. Imagine being a part of a TEAM environment, that is truly serious about training. There’s nothing (truly nothing) that’s more motivating than seeing what your peers are doing.
  • Be on the cutting edge of the fitness industry: You’ll be doing the same workout program that I do, so you KNOW that you’ll be doing the programs that are on the cutting edge of what we discover in the fitness industry. And without spending hours each week trying to learn the newest trends (and seperate the bullshit from the science).
  • … And if you train clients, you can rest assured that you’ll be leading by example too: You’ll get to experience the most researched and trusted movements, without having to dedicate all of your non-gym time to reading articles about the gym and trying to piecemeal them together. As a coach, you are your own first client. You have to look, move, and feel the part — and following my training methods will undoubtedly achieve that.

The next evolution of training:
Perpetual progress

Over the past 3 years, more than 10,000 people have learned through my FHT program that it’s possible to stay pain-free while unlocking muscle, strength, and athletic potential.

Thousands of athletes ranging from CEO’s to Olympians, all training on my programming, using my methods, and doing it under my coach’s watch has served as the largest gym-tested research study of my career. And just like my clients, after training on FHT religiously, I too wanted MORE.

I wanted to continue to:

  • Beat my own personal bests

  • See huge muscle and strength gains
  • Stay healthy, pain-free, and resilient against injuries
  • Stay challenged and motivated each-and-every day.
  • Do it all while being the best father, husband, and coach I could be.

I wanted to see what my body was capable of and perform at my peak both in and out of the gym.

Using the latest methods, emerging science, and highly advanced techniques I’ve applied everything I’ve learned (and continue to learn) to create the program of MY dreams.

  • A program based on science and real world results, that I know is better than anything else out there.
  • A program that keeps me progressing perpetually, staying injury free, and constantly improves my athleticism.
  • A program that makes me look forward to every single workout.

And it’s worked: I’ve PR’d on all the big lifts, gained muscle, lost fat, and done it all while traveling all over the country almost every week to teach 12 hour long seminars. (Not to mention while raising two kids, running a full-time business, and being a husband to my incredible wife.)

But it hasn’t just worked for me: I’ve been testing this program out for nearly 6 months with other passionate lifters.

Week after week, I’ve given them the most advanced methods, exercises, and programming I have to offer — the programming that I use myself.

Now, 6-months later, after conducting in-depth programming sessions, collecting continuous data after each and every training session, and watching PR’s seemingly fall on a daily basis: the program is ready.

Combining tried and true pain-free FHT style strength and hypertrophy movements with a more advanced approach to developing a power and athletic skill set, the FHT ProTeam is performing like never before.

What’s it like to be part of the FHT ProTeam?

“Training is a blast! I get to train for strength, power & hypertrophy!”

“I’ve only done ProTeam for 3 weeks now, but I already see it pushing me out of some comfort zones”

“I’m getting my athleticism back.”

“I am more balanced in my movement abilities and gym performance because of the variety of movements.”

“I love that I don’t even have to think about programming”

I think the best way to know what FHT ProTeam coaching is like, is to walk you through it. So we’re going to play a little game of make-believe based on all the feedback I’ve heard from my clients, and MY OWN experience doing this type of program.

Two Days In the Life of an FHT ProTeam Member

It’s Sunday morning.

You sit down with your cup of coffee, and open up your email. Waiting for you, is this week’s FHT ProTeam programming…

You open it up, and find what’s in store for you this week:

Every day of the week, you have a program ready for you. It has everything you need, including video demonstrations:

You see some things that you love to do, some things that you haven’t done in a while, and some things you’ve never done before.

Maybe you have a question about form or equipment that you don’t have, so you head over to the community and ask about it, and you get a direct response from me:

You check out what a few other people are asking about the week’s programming and watch Dr. John’s LIVE coaching session. He tells you about the programming, movements, and where to focus your attention for the week. You type a few questions about form, or equipment in the comments and Dr. John responds:

You spend the rest of your Sunday getting ready for the week and packing your gym bag, looking forward to what Monday’s training session brings. You’ll be training at your local gym, but know in the back of your mind that people all over the world will be joining you for the same session.

Monday: Gym Time

You’ve spent all day helping your clients, your family, your boss. You might be stressed coming in, but you know that this is YOUR time and that you’ll leave feeling better than when you came in.

You do your mobility and get ready for the 1 Rep Max deadlift workout that you and the ProTeam have been building up to for weeks.

You slide plate after plate on the bar. It’s been awhile since you’ve done a 1 rep max. But you’ve been looking forward to it for months while you’ve been working on your cardiac output and mobility. You know your range for 5 reps and you know that the work you’ve been doing is paying off when your pushing past what you’ve done all month on the ramp up.

And then comes your 1 rep max.

You’ve put every plate on the bar that it can hold. “Can I really do this? Is this insane? This would be insane if I could do this.” you tell yourself.

A few big breaths. Hips back, chest up, you drive up from the floor. It comes up slow, but steady.

“… Did that just happen? Damn! Maybe I could have even done more if this bar fit more plates.”

At the end of your workout, you sit in your car and post in the community. Other athletes are sharing videos of their workouts and their numbers.

This week, you outlifted me. (But don’t get too cocky. I’ll be chasing you down next week.)

You know tomorrow is another workout, but you’re not dreading it. You can’t wait to see what you can do. For the first time since college, you feel POWERFUL without an aching body.

You pull back into your driveway after a long day feeling accomplished and clear headed. You’re hungry, but happy. You’re more present with your family. More confident that you can tackle the new job, the kids, the upcoming move.

You go to sleep knowing today you did something more than you’ve ever done before.

You know that you’re giving it your all.

But here’s the thing: This isn’t a made-up day. This is what it’s actually like, EVERY DAY when you’re part of the FHT ProTeam.

Being a part of the ProTeam team, is joining a group of people who are ALL in. Fitness is a top priority, right alongside family and work.

But don’t just take it from me. I’ll let some of the team members talk about what it’s like:

Being a part of the ProTeam team, is joining a group of people who are ALL in. Fitness is a top priority, right alongside family and work.

But don’t just take it from me. I’ll let some of the team members talk about what it’s like:

The Programming

The FHT ProTeam progressively builds you up, while not burning you out. The truth is, my entire reputation depends on me being pain and injury free, looking good, and being strong. And I need a program that will provide all of that, keep me challenged, and do it while I run a full time business, am a father and husband, and travel damn-near every week.

So you better believe I’m training on the best program out there. We’ll use the multi-modality model to achieve strength, power, hypertrophy, fat loss, and conditioning simultaneously. Loads of variation, intensity and recovery mechanisms are programmed daily.

Each cycle is designed with coordinated goals in mind. For example: during one phase we incorporated a hybrid of power, hypertrophy, and dynamic effort work into a 7-day a week program which culminated in peaking for true 1-RM’s in the squat, bench press, and deadlift in week-9. We then had a deload week, and shifted to using our strength gains while improving athleticism with energy system work.

The big picture behind the programming:

  • New training sessions every single day: Never repeat a day, never get bored.

  • 9-week phases of training featuring 3 mini-blocks for constant challenge and linear progression.

  • Each phase will have a primary goal BUT the overall goal is longevity: You’ll be building muscle, burning fat, getting strong and performing at the highest level SIMULTANEOUSLY.

  • Each phase alters training splits to keep you fresh and challenged: You’ll get to experience foundational pattern splits, upper/lower splits, FHT splits, dynamic splits, and any cutting edge splits that I’ve tested.

  • Structured deloading periods to ensure maximum recovery: You’re not just training hard, you’re training smart.
  • Each program includes cardiovascular training, complexes, core work, and the lifts you need to move all of your progress indicators forward.
  • Advanced speed, power, and dynamic sessions to enhance performance and PR’s.
  • Advanced intensity techniques: skin tearing pumps, challenge sets, and finishers to keep you motivated and performing at your peak.
  • This is a set program, so you do the same training sessions with the rest of the team, but you can customize which days you train to fit your schedule.

Your daily programming will include:

  • Constant variations on the big lifts: Wave loading bars, methods, rep schemes, volumes, and intensities.
  • Strategically programmed recovery and regeneration sessions: Know exactly what mechanical and neurological recovery is needed to perform your best.
  • Periodized progressions programmed in so you truly earn the right to hit PR’s each phase like clockwork.
  • Direct arm and shoulder training to bring up aesthetics and function.
  • Use of specialty equipment as an option but NOT a necessity: Trap bar, safety squat bars, neutral grip bars, fat bars, cables etc.
  • Athletic conditioning, plyometrics, jumps, throws, running, sprinting.

All said and done, you’ll be training harder but recovering better. So you can truly see what your body can do.

Here’s what you get when you join the FHT ProTeam:

  • Individualized coaching: We train as a team on the same program, but everyone needs individualization — even when you’re using the best program out there. With the FHT ProTeam you get unlimited direct coaching from me so that we can make the best programming on the market the best fit for YOU. Need to optimize your warm-up? Need specific nutrition instructions, feedback on your form, or extra recovery work? Heck, maybe you just want to know how to change the programming if your short on time. With the FHT ProTeam, you get all of that. I used to charge $1,000 per month for this type of coaching access to me — for FHT ProTeam members, it’s simply part of being on the team.

  • New advanced and evolving program, every single week: This isn’t just the “next-step” after the FHT program, this is a whole new ball game. It’s new progressive programming every single week — where I’m putting together the most advanced and researched training methods out there. This is perfect if your goal is to get in the absolute best shape of your life and stay there.

  • In-depth instruction & weekly seminars for advanced learning: Want to understand the theory behind why I added something to the programming so you can apply it to your own workouts or clients? Want to know how to cut, bulk, or fuel for a specific event? Each week you’ll get the opportunity to ask questions and get live feedback from me. For this type of access to me at a seminar, it would normally cost you upwards of $700 per event. For my FHT ProTeam, it’s just part of the package.

  • The most badass community that ever was: I don’t just sit on the sidelines and cheer you on. I train alongside you and the most advanced community of athletes I’ve ever worked with: physique competitors, sports medicine docs, ex-professional athletes, superhero moms, and even other strength coaches and fitness professionals.

If you want to get in the most badass shape you’ve ever been in: lean, strong, powerful, resilient against injury, and able to stay at the front of the pack (whether you’re climbing everest, competing, or just chasing kids) — this team and this program are for you.

Nope. FHT ProTeam is hard. It’s REALLY hard.

There isn’t time for motivational speeches or hand holding. If you don’t have the right foundation or mindset in place, you might not be a good fit.

And honestly, I don’t want you to get crushed — so yes, there’s an application process.

But if this sounds like something you want to do, APPLY and LET ME DECIDE IF YOU’RE A GOOD FIT OR NOT.

Don’t tell yourself “NO” for me.

If you apply, the worst case scenario is I give you a personal recommendation on what to do instead, or what to do in order to prepare for this coaching program.

The FHT ProTeam is right for you if:

✓ You’ve completed the FHT program. (Meaning you’re 110% committed to becoming the best, and you have a track record to prove it.)

The FHT ProTeam requires our athletes to have successfully completed the FHT program or to be advanced athletes.

If you’re joining from FHT, this means that you dominated that 12-week block and are looking to make the next step in progressing your training in the same intelligent FHT style of programming. You don’t have to have the best numbers, or 20 years under your belt. You DO have to currently be working out AT LEAST 4x per week and have 3 years of strength training under your belt.

If you’re already consistent 4x per week and you’re dedicated to pushing yourself every time you’re in the gym, you’ll be a good fit.

✓ You don’t have any major injuries or pain.
If you can squat, bench press, and deadlift without pain — and move through your day to day life without wincing, you’ll likely be a good fit.

You don’t have to be 100% perfect (no one is) but you do need a solid foundation.

✓ You proactively seek out coaching and feedback, and want to know when you can do better.

If you want feedback, and you seek it out, this will be a great fit for you.

You’ll get as much out of this coaching as you put into it, which is why I want people who are dedicated to improving and getting feedback to apply. Not everything will be natural, and if you’re afraid to ask questions, you won’t get as much out of it.

✓ You want to be a positive part of a community that has the same goals.

This community is the one I spend my most time with — I post and join in alongside everyone else in sharing my numbers and videos each week. The ProTeam are the people who I train with when I go to their city, and the people who I consider not just clients but comrades. You don’t have to be social, but you do have to be a positive influence on others.

We’re here to cheer each other on, and to challenge each other in a positive way. No egos. No superiority if you’re better or worse than someone else on any given week.

If you enjoy succeeding ALONGSIDE other people — I want you to join me.

The Complete Coach Package is NOT right for you if…

✘  You’re injured, inconsistent, or uncoachable.

I’ve designed some great programs for people with injury and pain. If you’re constantly in pain, or if you’re injured, please do my other programs and build your foundation before applying for this program.

If you can’t currently make it to the gym 3x per week, there’s no way you’re going to make it 5+. Get in the gym 3x per week for 3 months, then apply.

If you think you know everything there is to know about fitness, you’re wrong — please join someone else’s programs. If I’m still learning, and Dave Tate is still learning, and every other world class coach I’ve worked with is still learning — there’s no way you know everything.

You don’t want to leave your comfort zone or be challenged DAILY.

I get it, you love squats, presses, and deadlifts. So do I. We’ll do those things in my program, but we’re going to do MORE than that too.

Does doing a different type of training split give you a panic attack? Well, we typically stick to one form of split for 9 weeks or so. If you’re not willing to experience new things, then this program probably isn’t for you.

We’re going to do multiple styles and techniques to intelligently get you the best results. It WILL require you to do things out of your comfort zone.

✘ You can’t commit to a long-term goal.

This coaching program is designed to keep you engaged and motivated. That said, if you’ve bought P90X, a shake weight, joined 3 gyms and never showed up, and 20 other programs that you’ve never used — this coaching program is not for you.

✘ You don’t have a strong foundation for your body, or movement capacity.

This program is HARD. We suggest training a minimum of 4x per week. You need to be proficient at all the big lifts — if I say that and you don’t know what that means, you’re not ready for this program.

You can have minor aches and pains (because we all do) but you need to be injury and dysfunction free.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What’s the difference between FHT and FHT ProTeam? 2018-05-07T13:16:15+00:00

The FHT program is a 12 week program, that has gained the reputation as being the most effective pain-free strength program in the industry for a very simple reason — it gets our athletes results.

FHT is the “base model” for programming. It will get you where you want to go.

But after you’ve built your base, the true key is in progressing for the long-term and seeing what your body can really do.

The FHT Pro Team program takes the foundation that you laid with FHT and shifts you into a position to make life altering gains in muscle, strength, athleticism and resiliency. This is the Ferrari.

With constantly progressed programming each and every week, you’ll never do the same training day twice. Combine that with the most advanced training methods that I program for our members, and my daily coaching of each and every member in a close knit group of OTHER advanced athletes and you get the perfect recipe for game changing gains across the board. With FHT ProTeam, I’m available to help with members with program modifications, advanced techniques, and equipment adjustments.

Between the customization of programming, the constant flow of personalized coaching, webinars, and cutting edge techniques, the FHT ProTeam is my version of personal coaching — just better.

This program is so good that I choose to train on it personally — alongside you.

Do I have to do FHT, in order to do FHT ProTeam? 2018-05-07T13:17:03+00:00

While we recommend that each applicant completes FHT successfully, it is not an absolute requirement. Many FHT members who complete the FHT program will have earned the right to take the next progression in their training by joining the ProTeam. For advanced athletes that are looking to push their limits on the most advanced training program in the industry (and be continuously challenged and coached on a daily basis) the ProTeam is also an option. That said, there is an application process for everyone, and applicants that have progressed through FHT successfully are preferred over those who have not.

How will the workouts be delivered and how often? 2018-05-21T17:29:02+00:00

Brand new training programs will be delivered directly to your inbox first thing every Sunday. In this email you’ll have an in depth document of your exact programming for the week including overviews of each training day, movement coaching notes, video tutorials, and more.

But this is just the start.

Once the program has been delivered to all members, I’ll be holding a live question and answer session while also detailing the exact progressions and focuses of the training week in our private coaching group. We’ll get everyone set up for the week and leave no stone unturned so you’re 100% locked and loaded for every movement throughout the week.

From there, if you have questions, post them in the community and I’ll coach up movements, modify programming if needed, and do whatever it takes to ensure your success.

What if I don’t have Facebook? Is there a different way to access the online coaching group? 2018-05-07T13:18:35+00:00

A majority of the personalized coaching takes place in the private FHT ProTeam coaching group. It’s highly recommended that each team member utilizes this group to get the very most out of the programming — as we don’t currently support email or other forms of messaging.

Part of the success of this program is in seeing my feedback for other team members, so you can learn yourself. To ensure that continuous education piece remains, we suggest you create a facebook account even if it’s just to participate in the community aspect.

I’m a fitness professional myself – can I use this with my clients? 2018-05-07T13:19:16+00:00

The number one question I get from coaches and rehab pros is “What should I study next?”. I finally have a good answer — join the FHT ProTeam.

You’ll make yourself your own first client and get world-class results with your own body. Every single thing you learn you’ll be able to utilize with your own clients!

Not only will you get weekly programming for YOUR body, I’ll also be holding live coaching sessions, webinars, and answering in-depth questions, often in real-time. So yes, you can ask me about you, and your client.

I’m leaving no stone unturned when it comes to the educational delivery for the FHT ProTeam. There isn’t a more premium program on the market and the amount of individualized daily attention surpasses any so-called “individualized online coaching” that will cost you 3-4x as much for half the value.

I’ve heard the program is hard, how do I know if I can hack it? (Should I even apply?) 2018-05-21T14:26:53+00:00

The programs I deliver to the The FHT ProTeam are hands down the most advanced training programs that I’ve ever put together. Not only is this program going to challenge you on a daily basis on your big compound lifts, but it will be implementing constant variation each week in order to maximize strength and muscular gains while wiring new patterns for continuous progression — literally on a daily basis.

Due to the advanced programming methods, athletes must have a base training age of at least 3 years of serious strength training while being proficient at the big barbell lifts, the squat, bench press and deadlift.

This program also requires the athlete to be injury free, as it will be pushing you to your fullest potential daily. If you are dealing with minor aches and pains, but are still training hard, heavy, and with high intensities -you’ll be just fine.

The FHT ProTeam programming will stave off chronic issues with the intelligent programming that is structured on one main goal -to train intelligently so we can train hard and get results FOREVER.

What equipment do I need? 2018-05-07T13:20:17+00:00

The ProTeam programming does not require fancy equipment, but it does require the same equipment that we utilized for FHT. That means that barbells, benches, squat racks, bands, med-balls, dumbbells are absolutely required. You don’t have to own them, but you do have to have access to them.
We will be using some specialty equipment as well (like different bars, chains, cables etc.) BUT there will be programmed modifications for those who do not have access to this equipment (as many of our team members are training in their home gyms and at industrial box based setups).
No matter if you are training at home or in a commercial gym, the programming will have you covered with modifications to customize to your specific setup so you get the very most out of every programmed exercise.

What does the application process look like? 2018-05-07T13:20:52+00:00

We accept new athletes on a continuous basis (once you’ve been accepted through the application process, of course). This means that you can register for the program at ANY time, but as this is a real time training platform with everyone doing the same training each week, you will start the program with Sunday morning delivery of the program.

So if you register any time during the week, you’ll be starting the program the next Monday, but will get instant access to our group in the meantime.

The application itself will intake all of your current information including training history, strength metrics, injury history, goals, and much more. As the FHT ProTeam is our marquee coaching service, I want to get to know each and every one of our team members before they get started so I can better coach and train each member according to their specific goals and needs.

We also look for potential ProTeam members who have dominated FHT and want to take the next step. If FHT has revolutionized the way you train and you want more, joining the ProTeam is your perfect progression.

Have you ever turned someone down for FHT ProTeam? Why? 2018-05-21T14:29:00+00:00

In order to ensure that the FHT ProTeam program will be a perfect fit for all of the athletes, yes, we have turned down applicants from joining. This program is not for beginners, but rather advanced athletes who are looking to take the next step in their training to continue progressing even years or decades after they started training.

This program is also NOT for anyone who is dealing with active injuries, or has restrictions on their training due to pain, injury or serious dysfunction. Our ProTeam members are required to be pain-free and physically and mentally ready to push their limits in training, and this simply isn’t possible when battling injuries or being restricted in the types of training that’s available to you. Staying injury free and gaining longevity needs to be first in any training program.

If you have less than 3 days per week to train, the ProTeam is not for you. I will be strategically programming training for ALL seven days a week. This program does not require you to train every single day, but it does require you to hit the big marquee training days in order to make progress and get results. We suggest a minimum of 4x per week.

I’m also available to customize each team member’s schedule according to their needs and goals right in the group and monitor them on a continuous basis.

If I’m still doing one of your other programs, should I still apply? 2018-05-07T13:21:26+00:00

If you are doing my Foundations program, I highly recommend you finish that 9-week block of training strong, and move into FHT next.

If you’re currently training on FHT and are finding a huge amount of success with the program, you will be a perfect fit for joining the ProTeam. While we like to see FHT completed, members have transitioned successfully directly into the FHT ProTeam and thrived on the upgrade to the programming, coaching, education and all the other unique and customized advantages that the ProTeam offers.

How long do I have to commit to coaching? 2018-05-07T13:21:50+00:00

If you’ve found huge success in FHT, you know that earning your results is not something that happens overnight. In order to revolutionize your body’s look, feel, and function we require each FHT ProTeam member to commit to a minimum of 3-months (12-weeks) just the way we programmed in FHT.

In that time period, you’ll not only be able to make progress, but game changing progress in muscle building, strength development, and fat-loss.

Many of our most successful team members have seen the results of FHT, and have committed to joining us for 6 or 12 months.

Our current “stay” rate is 89.5%. Meaning after someone joins the team, they’re so pleased with the programming and results, that they stick around. And that’s exactly the way we like it.

How do you want to look, feel, and lift
30 years from now?

Everything that I do now for nutrition, fitness, and my life is so that I can be a thriving Dad and husband. Not just now, but when I’m 60, 70, and 80. I know that is a right that’s earned through intelligent training, smart nutritional practices, and a lifestyle that’s world class.

I know that I’m not in this for short-term boom and bust programming. I’m doing this not just for my kids, but for my grandkids. And I know that 30 years from now, I’ll have a rich community of people like you who are right there along with me.

If we do the same thing, we get the same results. It’s okay if you’ve cycled through 100 different programs and coaches — that’s where we ALL start.

But I know that if you join me in committing to something longer-term, your results are going to astound you. Just like they have me, and the other people who have joined FHT ProTeam coaching.

This program, is literally the most challenging, and incredible programming that’s available — anywhere. It’s built so that we can grow and get better every single day.

I hope to see your application soon,
