Performing the classic barbell lifts more is NOT the answer

If it were as simple as adding more weight to the bar everyone would be big, strong and pain-free.

Pain and weakness is becoming an American epidemic. This makes it obvious that training the classic barbell lifts more frequently is NOT the answer.

In fact, it’s one of the worst things you can do and will eventually lead to injury.

If you want pain-free strength,
you have to do the classic lifts LESS.


Counterintuitive, but more effective than you’d believe.

There are NO mandatory lifts that everyone MUST do to build muscle or strength. Which is why it’s better to use safer & more effective exercises to build power while simultaneously strengthening your joints.
