P4 Personalized Performance Coaching is a personalized 1:1 coaching solution that I make for you. I customize your training to you, your background, and your needs, And I’m by your side to coach and support you every step of the way.

If you’re currently injured and can’t train, we have programs for that, but P4 Personalized Performance Coaching is NOT for you. You need to be able to perform the functional movement patterns but This is NOT a rehab program. You CAN have minor aches and pains (we all do), but you need to be injury and dysfunction free.

Your program will be designed to use minimal equipment so that you can do it at any gym, or a basic home gym. It’s recommended you have access to a barbell, squat rack, dumbbells, bench, and bands. If you don’t have something or you’re traveling, we will give you modifications and alternatives.

If you’re currently injured and can’t train, we have programs for that, but P4 Personalized Performance Coaching is NOT for you. You need to be able to perform the functional movement patterns but This is NOT a rehab program. You CAN have minor aches and pains (we all do), but you need to be injury and dysfunction free.

Do I need any special equipment for this, or can I do this from home?2019-06-15T08:47:15-05:00

Your program will be designed to use minimal equipment so that you can do it at any gym, or a basic home gym. It’s recommended you have access to a barbell, squat rack, dumbbells, bench, and bands. If you don’t have something or you’re traveling, we will give you modifications and alternatives.

You need to be able to train AT LEAST 3x per week but you can train up to 7 days per week. I will personalize your weekly schedule based on your availability.

Absolutely. Your personalized program is designed to unlock your potential. So you’re encouraged to continue doing these activities. You’ll quickly see how your performance in the gym improves how you look, feel, and perform outside the gym.

Everything will be delivered and managed through your own personal log-in with the P4 Personalized Performance Coaching app. This will be your home base for all your programming needs, questions, video demonstrations, private 1:1 messaging, etc.
