In order to ensure that the FHT ProTeam program will be a perfect fit for all of the athletes, yes, we have turned down applicants from joining. This program is not for beginners, but rather advanced athletes who are looking to take the next step in their training to continue progressing even years or decades after they started training.

This program is also NOT for anyone who is dealing with active injuries, or has restrictions on their training due to pain, injury or serious dysfunction. Our ProTeam members are required to be pain-free and physically and mentally ready to push their limits in training, and this simply isn’t possible when battling injuries or being restricted in the types of training that’s available to you. Staying injury free and gaining longevity needs to be first in any training program.

If you have less than 3 days per week to train, the ProTeam is not for you. I will be strategically programming training for ALL seven days a week. This program does not require you to train every single day, but it does require you to hit the big marquee training days in order to make progress and get results. We suggest a minimum of 4x per week.

I’m also available to customize each team member’s schedule according to their needs and goals right in the group and monitor them on a continuous basis.
