Dr. John Rusin is a physical therapist, personal trainer and injury prevention specialist who has been named one of the top 50 fitness experts in the world by Men’s Health magazine.
John has been coaching clients from all walks of life for the last 18-years, developing a niche focus in preventative health, performance and longevity through his innovative training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
